About the class

Join Ren for a 3 week course on all things meditation.

Over the course of the 3 sessions, Ren will cover meditation basics in a super approachable way. You'll learn different techniques such as mindfulness meditation and mantra meditation.

There will be opportunities for guided and un-guided practices.

Each session will consist of three sections:

* THEORY- Learning how and why.

* PRACTICAL- Giving it a go.

* BREAKDOWN- An opportunity to discuss, ask questions, dig deeper.

No prior meditation experience is needed, Ren will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Come in comfy clothes, bring something to write on and something to write with.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note Workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due. Please contact reception at studio@orangeyoga.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
