About the class

Suitable for everyone. Slower, meditative and deeply relaxing. In Yin we hold seated and lying stretches for 2-6 minutes to allow deep tissues within our body to be stretched, giving the body, mind and heart time to fully release.

The studio class is full but you can add yourself to waitlist
