How to build a strong and stable foundation in your yoga practice.

Develop core strength and maintain spinal health as you flow and hold a wide range of poses that will require activation and engagement of your abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes.
You aren't required to headstand!
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear layers for warm / cool fluctuations.
*Please note Workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously we will take account of exceptional circumstances.
