About the class

In this yin yoga workshop we will explore mobility, work on flexibility and strength, and really begin to get in touch with our bodies.

Yin yoga is the perfect recovery tool for any sport we undertake and over the two hour class we’ll take a slow and mindful approach to exploration and challenge.

Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable, warm layers.
