Do less, feel more. Allow things to unfold naturally without much strain or force.
Something magical can happen when we get out of our own way and allow things to unfold naturally without much strain or force.
What would it feel like to inhabit a body that feels light and grounded. Strong and stable. Flexible yet resilient. Integrated and fluid.
When we practice yoga with great intention and a sense of curiosity, it opens the door to a deeper embodied practice which has the potential to re-connect us with a wonderful sense of ease, calm and vitality. Not just on the mat, but in every day life too.
Claudia invites you to join her in exploring this beautiful experiential practice inspired by the teachings of the late Vanda Scaravelli.
Slow, explorative, mindful movement & somatic meditation suitable for every body. A wonderful way to unwind into presence.
Meet Claudia :
With over 20 years of personal yoga and movement practice, I enjoy teaching and sharing what I know and practice myself. A certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2016, I share my love for this gentle, intuitive form of Hatha yoga which is primarily inspired by the teachings of the late Vanda Scaravelli.
Having met and worked with Diane Long in 2014 and soon after Sandra Sabatini, two of Vanda’s long-standing students, has led me on a new path of discovery, using breath and gravity to release the spine and energise the body bringing about a greater sense of harmony and ease.
I was immediately drawn to the beauty and mystery of this intuitive ‘whole body’ practice and sought out other teachers who worked in similar ways.
