Props can be used to create more space, make poses more accessible and bring stability and strength to classic poses.
In this interactive workshop we will demystify yoga props so that you can confidently incorporate a range of props into your practice, including blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.
Aimed at yogis of all levels who are curious about different ways to enhance their practice through props.
About Dianne + Hayley :
Dianne:
Dianne qualified as a Yoga teacher in 2024. Through the training at OrangeYoga, Dianne has strengthened her connection to both yoga and herself, and is thrilled to be discovering the joy of sharing her yoga knowledge with others as a teacher.
Dianne has been a Chartered Human Factors for over 20 years, combining her passions of physiology and psychology to ensure systems are designed for all users. Since becoming a Yoga teacher, Dianne has relished the opportunity to apply these principles to Yoga, to show it really can be for everyone (and if you think it isn't for you - then challenge accepted!).
Dianne loves encouraging students to discover new things about their minds & bodies, and particularly finding fun ways to wake up the neural pathways!
Hayley:
A 200 hour-qualified teacher, trained at OrangeYoga, Hayley is passionate about helping students connect with their body and mind through yoga.
After finding yoga transformative for her own well-being, Hayley has a particular interest in teaching beginners, helping students to introduce small yogic practices and habits that can bring just a little more balance each and every day.
With a full-time job as a Solicitor, Hayley has seen the impact of office life on our bodies, and her practices are aimed to nurture the parts of us most neglected by modern life.

Wear and bring -
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
