An ideal introduction for those who are completely new to Yoga as well as being helpful for those returning to yoga or activity after a break.
Each session we’ll combine some yoga practice, together with more of a workshop element, where we’ll break down one or two individual asanas (postures) to practice and learn the foundations. At the end of each session, you’ll be given some things to practice at home as well as a handout to help consolidate your learning.
Great for those who feel they’ve become inactive and sluggish, tight and inflexible, weak, stressed or just feel age is getting the better of you. This is a perfect kick starter.
Yoga’s benefits are many - improving flexibility, strength and posture, better all-round fitness, can help with weight loss, increases energy, lifts mood, reduces stress, helps you to breathe better and feel happier to name a few! It has a special kind of magic that works on an individual and personal level.
Time to get off the sofa!
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
