About the class

By slowing down and opening up your body, through passive stretching, our muscles are allowed to deeply relax. This stillness is a powerful practice which can perfectly complement our busy lives.

Restorative Yoga is a brilliant antidote to stress and helps to align the physical and mental health.

Classes include a balance of stillness and gentle movement, for extended periods of time.

For this class - remember to bring your yoga mat, a blanket, warm layers and your water bottle.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
