Do you want to teach with creativity, confidence, and authenticity? You know your poses. You know your cues. You've planned your sequence. So what else is necessary to physically, vocally, and emotionally hold space for your student's individual yoga process?

Guided by Sarah's new book Holding Space: The Creative Performance and Voice Workbook for Yoga Teachers, Adam and Sarah will share their best practices and techniques for creative and authentic self-expression as yoga teachers that will help you create more meaningful and transformative experiences for your students.

Through practice, discussion and Q&A, this will include:

Unexpected inspiration from the world of performance, improvisation, and comedy

Basic vocal, breath, and body warm-ups you can use before you teach

Guidance in creating healthy boundaries and post-class rituals
