Cyndi brings her forty years of yoga teaching wisdom to make it fun, personal, interesting, practical and approachable. It is a nice easy read, going beyond just yoga outlining a practical form of yoga that makes a real difference to body AND mind.
Even if you don’t get to read the book in time, (or at all - lockdown can make everything more tricky) you can still join in and enjoy the chat.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
