There is no definition of leadership and the topic is as deep as it is wide. However, in studying the great leaders throughout history, it is clear they all have something in common, high levels of self-awareness. A deep knowledge and understanding about themselves that we call ‘self-mastery’.
Leadership is not limited to the business world. It is also about how you, as an individual, choose to live your life.
How do you want to show up in the world?
What are your values?
Yoga and mindfulness are a way of life, that can really enhance one’s understanding of ‘Self’ but they take Practice. Once you have the techniques, with a consistent Practice, you can develop these skills to better understand your own personality, your decision-making patterns, why and how you habitually react to certain situations, your emotional pattering and all the other conditioning that has been programmed into you throughout your life.
And with Practice, and compassion you can begin to break free of that programming and patterning which allows you to become more flexible, and more agile, something that is increasingly necessary in the fast-paced business world and for the busy lives we all lead. When we begin to break free of some of the negative aspects of our programming, we become more compassionate and in doing so, more impactful both in life and in the organisations we serve.
With all new experiences, we start from where we are, wherever that may be but we see ourselves most clearly when we take the time to pause and be still. Afterall, the clue is in the title, we are ‘human beings’ not ‘humans doing’. Even 4,000 years ago, the ancient yogis knew the benefit of pausing and taking time to reflect. To simply listen inwardly.
Our session together includes Breathing & Yoga Practice and a Mindfulness Meditation Talk and Practice.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
