With certified senior Iyengar teacher Melanie Taylor.
About Melanie:
Melanie has been practising Iyengar yoga and teaching for 30 years. She has stayed with her Iyengar yoga practice through all these years, as it has been a stabilising and life enhancing practice. Yoga practice has sustained, supported and energised her through raising a family, bereavements, health issues, moving countries, and the pandemic.
Melanie has travelled to India to study at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, and continues her training attending workshops with Indian, UK and International Iyengar teachers.
Melanie is looking forward to sharing her experience of Iyengar yoga practice in person at OrangeYoga.
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear warm layers.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
