We're thrilled that Jambo, a Senior Forrest Yoga Guardian Teacher, is coming to teach two workshops for us this weekend.
Come and practice with this incredible teacher - open to teachers and trainees.
Therapeutic Hands on Assists offers a plethora of techniques to build your confidence in hands on and verbal cues within offering hands on assists.
We will break down the components of what makes warrior poses stable and nurturing for our personal needs. Additional focus will be on the hips and their relationship with the lower back.
There will be a short asana section with more time spent on hands on assists. All practitioners will have the option to engage in verbal and non-verbal hands on assists.
About Jambo :
Jambo is a multi-disciplinary practitioner with special interests in integrated medicine. His style of teaching is based on informative story telling and practical activities to embody the learning experience.
His approach is based on both evidence-based practise combined with clinical experience of working with the potential of the human body. His approach to human movement is based on applied kinesiology, functional movement and the somatic experience.
Expect humour, an open perspective and more muscle memory to aid your growth.
What to bring :
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Wear warm layers as the windows will be ajar for ventilation.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
