About the class

The Four Brahmaviharas, or Immeasurables, are traditional Buddhist meditations for connecting with wholesome emotions such as love and compassion, and expressing them toward all beings.

These practices help us to discover deep, profound resources within ourselves, enriching our lives and the lives of those around us.

In this course we will explore each of the four Brahmaviharas in turn, learning various ways to connect with them and integrate them into our lives, along with techniques to resolve any difficulties that may arise, and the long-term benefits of these beautiful practices.

A 4-week course, Mondays at 7pm.

Wear warm layers as the windows will be ajar for ventilation.

This is for a Studio space, if you'd like a Zoom space take a look at orangeyoga.co.uk/events to find the zoom listing.
