About the class

Come and experience gentle movement practices to ease aches, mindfulness exercises to settle your mood, and breath practices to help manage energy.
Whether you experience hormonal symptoms with your monthly cycle, or are transitioning through peri-menopause and menopause, come and discover practices to support you through it.
There will be time to reflect on your priorities, challenges, learning points, and how you respond to the various practices covered. You may want to bring a small notebook and pen to record anything that resonates with you.
About Ruth and the Menopause Maze Course:
Ruth will be introducing some of the useful information and tips included on the The Menopause Maze course which runs in October at the studio. Designed to explore yoga and other holistic tools to support all phases of a woman’s life. If you'd like to know more about the course - have a chat with Ruth after the class or get in touch at studio@orangeyoga.co.uk.
Ruth is a yoga teacher and yoga therapist (CNHC registered). Her teaching connects the many facets of a yoga practice, creating space for students to develop skills to support their wellbeing.

Bring your yoga mat. The studio has props that you can use or you're very welcome to bring your own.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances.
If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
