Tune into your core values, create meaningful resolutions and thrive in ’25!
- £25 -
Are you clear and focused about what you want from 2025? Do you feel inspired and excited about the year ahead? If the answer is, “erm, not sure”, then this is the class for you!
January is the time of New Year’s resolutions, but, if we’re not careful, our resolutions can be the same old list of things we feel we ought to do (or not do!) rather than things that truly support our inner desires.
In this workshop we will use our yoga practice to free the body and focus the mind, helping us tune into our core values and what we really want from the year ahead. We will check in with the “why” behind our goals and set intentions that are aligned with the kind of person we want to be.
We will use the chakra-system and learnings from Positive Psychology to provide a template for our wellbeing; from our physical health, to our emotions, our personal power, our relationships, our ability to express ourselves and finally to a vision for the year that feels aligned to our future best selves.
By the end of the workshop you will have connected to your whole body, from your roots to your crown. You will have had some fun, gained clarity for the year ahead and feel motivated, inspired and ready to step forward into 2025!
This class is for everyone who loves yoga and self-enquiry.
Please Bring :
- a journal/ notebook and pen (optional, you can sit in self-reflection if you’d rather not write)

About Laura :
Laura has been teaching yoga for 8 years and has been an avid student of all things “wellbeing” for 20 years, after a stay at a wellness retreat in Thailand sparked her initial interest. She is driven to explore how to use both ancient wisdom and modern science to find tools that can help people thrive.
Right back in her school days, Laura was interested in both science and the arts, studying A-Levels in Biology, Maths and English, and then going on to gain an MA in English Literature and Language from Oxford University. For 7 years, Laura worked for the retreat company, Wildfitness, alongside pioneers of the natural health and fitness world. In 2015, Laura read her first books on Positive Psychology (the “science of human flourishing”) and has since completed four separate courses on the subject.
Laura loves yoga for the way it combines the physical, mental and spiritual, creating an holistic system for achieving vibrant health in body, mind and soul. Yoga is a path to self-knowledge, and understanding ourselves is arguably the most powerful thing we can do to enhance our wellbeing. By combining the ancient wisdom of yoga with more recent developments in psychology and science, we can find illuminating tools for self-enquiry.
