At OrangeYoga, we believe yoga is for everybody.
It might not always feel that way, though, if you’ve been to a class and everyone else seems to know what they’re doing except you. Or if you’ve seen the flashy stuff on social media and thought, “That’s just not for me”.
This four week beginner’s course is designed specifically to change that feeling – yoga really is for you.
Yoga isn’t about how many followers you have, or whether you can do a handstand. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, fit, or young to start. Designed especially for people with no previous yoga experience, this course will give you a solid foundation for your yoga journey. Whatever your fitness level, whatever your age, this course is for you.
We’re keeping class numbers deliberately small. That means:
* You’ll receive more individual attention
* You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions
* You’ll get to know the people in your class
* Learning is easier, and you’ll make more progress
It’s your yoga experience, and we want to make that as enjoyable and as personal to you as we can.
You’ll learn the essentials you need for a yoga class: breathwork, a variety of postures, and relaxation.
You’ll also get:
* Handouts, to help you remember the course content
* Membership of a voluntary WhatsApp group, so that you can say hello to your fellow students, and ask questions as we go
* A reading list, and information if you’d like to learn more about yoga.
We’ll email you before the first lesson, with information about what to expect, what to bring, and what to wear.
We’ll also give you a complimentary £30 for 30 Days pass to use at OrangeYoga - there are a lot of classes to choose from - so that you can continue to enjoy putting what you’ve learned into practice.
Yoga really has too many benefits to list here - such as stress relief, improved balance and posture, increased energy, and overall well-being - but perhaps the main benefit is that yoga helps to make us happy.
Any questions? Just email us at studio@orangeyoga.co.uk.
We’re looking forward to seeing you.
