About the class

Our next sharing circle will be held for the Snow Moon. Find a safe space to gather and share. Expect some breath work, meditation, tea and connection.

* Practical bits:

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
