About the class

There is an ever growing scientific evidence base for the value of yoga for people who have experienced trauma and an ever growing curiosity in the general public of yoga practice as beneficial in personal healing and wellbeing.

This workshop will provide teachers with an up to date understanding of trauma and how it can impact the bodymind. We will also explore together ways to create a trauma sensitive and safe space within a class environment.
