Detox habits that no longer serve - restore balance, healthier patterns, inner strength and clarity.
You can use your usual class passes.
Many of us develop habits - like overuse of alcohol, social media, sugar, or other coping strategies — that once helped us feel safe, connected, or stimulated, but no longer serve our wellbeing.
The Detox Support Workshop is a six-week series of gentle, yoga-based sessions designed to help you restore balance, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with your inner strength and clarity.
This is a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for anyone exploring personal change, emotional regulation, or recovery from unhelpful behaviours. No previous yoga experience is needed - just a willingness to explore and care for yourself in new ways.
What to Expect:
Over six supportive, workshop-style sessions, you’ll explore:
- Yoga philosophy and how it applies to everyday challenges.
- Breathing techniques and simple meditations to settle the mind and body.
- Gentle physical postures that support grounding, confidence, and calm.
Each session is 90 minutes and includes time to connect and share a cup of tea or coffee afterwards, if you’d like to stay.
What to Bring:
- A notebook and pen or pencil
- Loose, comfortable clothing (bring a warm layer, as temperatures can vary)
