About the class

New to yoga or looking for a fresh start?

Join Amanda for a free 4-week Yoga for Beginners course, designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a warm, supportive environment.

Each 60-minute class will gently guide you through:

Basic yoga postures and how to move safely

Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind

An introduction to the philosophy behind the practice



Whether you're completely new or returning to the mat after a break, this course is a welcoming space to build confidence, ask questions, and discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace.

All equipment provided. No experience needed -just wear something comfortable and come as you are.

Wear and bring -



Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
