About the class

The Maha Mrityunjaya mantra (MMM) was introduced to me as the mantra for healers, for healing, at end of life, and in emergency situations. Akin to calling 999 to emergency services when we need help and support, the MMM is calling the divine forces at work in life’s moments of urgent need.

The mantra came into being when a seeker in a life-threatening situation mentally called out and held onto Lord Shiva. The mantra is here for us now as a place to mentally turn our hearts and minds and connect to universal energies. It is a refuge, a source of liberation, and a deeply transformative force.

This workshop is available to all interested students. Previous attendance at the Gayatri mantra workshop in March is beneficial but not necessary. Come prepared to be receptive to the mantra and wiling to be expressive with your voice in a group setting.
