Your gut is more than just digestion, it's deeply connected to your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Join Hannah McMartin, Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist, for this 2-hour workshop to explore how movement, breath, and food can help you feel better from the inside out.
What to Expect:
A gently energising yoga session with postures and breathwork designed to support digestive function, reduce bloating, and stimulate your gut-brain connection.
After that, a relaxed nutrition talk, covering:
The gut-brain axis and how to eat for better gut health and mental clarity
Practical tips and simple ideas to soothe common gut symptoms
What's fact vs. fiction when it comes to gut health trends
We'll then finish with a short relaxation to close the session.
This workshop is for those of you struggling with digestive issues, or, for those curious about the gut-brain connection looking for some simple tools to support overall health and wellbeing.
* Please bring a notebook and pen.
