Even after practicing yoga for decades and years of teaching, Jan and Ruth have found new insights, discoveries and techniques from their continued work with Doug Keller that challenged and grew both their personal practice and their approach to teaching. And they had a lot of fun doing it!
2024 started the journey, 2025 consolidated the work. And now they're ready and excited to share their knowledge and sense of play.
You will experience a more embodied practice, learn techniques and drills to embed into your practice and classes, and to share with others.
Come and experience simple and subtle tweaks that release potential and expand your options to stay engaged and excited with your yoga.

Physical and mental challenge holds my inner coach potato at bay- and fuels much needed energy! Pranamaya has increasingly become a bedrock of my personal practice and a wellness tool for me. The yoga teachings help keep life in perspective, to be reminded of what really matters.
Passionate about sustainable wellness, and finding out what works for you and your lifestyle. Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation are key foundations for my personal wellness, as is getting out in nature, live music, salsa dancing, dog walks, and time with friends and family.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
