This course is for cyclists who are new to yoga and can commit to attending all 4 sessions. No experience needed — just a willingness to learn how yoga can support your riding, recovery, and overall well-being.
Each week builds on the last. We’ll start with breathing techniques to improve focus, efficiency, and endurance, then introduce foundational postures with modifications. Over four weeks, we’ll develop a practical sequence to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility, especially in areas most affected by cycling and sitting:
- Glutes & piriformis
- Core & back
- Hamstrings & hips
- Shoulders & posture
You’ll finish the course with tools you can use regularly — even in short sessions after a ride.
What you’ll gain:
- Lower heart rate for the same power output
- Improved breathing and lung capacity
- Greater flexibility for a more aero position
- Faster recovery, better sleep, reduced injury risk
- Stronger core and better power transfer
- Mental focus and reduced stress
** With thanks to our newly qualified teachers for their time. **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
