This free beginner-friendly course introduces the essentials of yoga over four progressive weeks.
We’ll start by building awareness of breath, basic movement, and standing postures, then develop strength and stability in your core. From there, we’ll explore spinal mobility and gentle twists before bringing everything together in a smooth, accessible flow.
Perfect for newcomers, this course helps you build confidence, strength, and a solid foundation for your yoga practice.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
