A course using yoga philosophy to explore habits, attention and emotional balance.
You can use your usual class passes.
Do you ever find it hard to simply “be”?
With so many things competing for our attention, it can be hard to notice what’s actually going on for us. Along the way, many of us develop habits — like overuse of alcohol, social media, sugar, or other coping strategies — that once helped us feel safe, connected, or stimulated, but no longer serve our wellbeing.
The Detox Support Workshop is a relaxed, discussion-based session using yoga philosophy to explore habits, attention and emotional balance — practical, thoughtful, and a little fun.
Expect thought-provoking conversations, shared insights, and plenty of lightness. This is a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for anyone interested in personal change, emotional regulation, or gently re-shaping unhelpful habits.
No previous yoga experience or knowledge of yoga philosophy is needed — just a willingness to reflect, laugh a little, and explore new perspectives.
Each session is 90 minutes and includes time to connect and share a cup of tea or coffee afterwards, if you’d like to stay.
What to Bring:
A notebook and pen or pencil
Loose, comfortable clothing (bring a warm layer, as temperatures can vary)
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
