A fun session for people who can, and people who can't - yet.
You can use your usual class passes.
A workshop looking at inversions and arm balances.
We’ll take time to examine fundamental principles, and then break down poses like Crow, Headstand, and Handstand. You'll be given lots of options, so you'll never feel out of your depth, and always have something to work towards.
This is a relaxed session for:
* Complete beginners - we'll go from first principles, so that you can begin to work towards poses in a way that's safe and suitable for your level. Even if you think you can't, you really can!
* You, if you want to improve - there'll be useful tips and skills for you to practice, and exercises you can take away.
Richard will offer practical tips and guidance on how to go upside down safely. You’ll leave with a toolkit that you can incorporate into your own practice, to improve your balance, focus and confidence.
Come as you are, bring a sense of humour, leave with a feeling of lightness and connection.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
