You can use your usual class passes.

About the class

A monthly supportive and safe space for women at all stages of the menopause to come together to connect, share experiences, and practice gentle yoga designed specifically to help manage symptoms.

 

The sessions are led by Menopause Specialist GP and senior yoga teacher Celia Swan. 

 

Each month we’ll explore a different menopause symptom and learn how to use breathwork, gentle movement, and positive practices to  thrive during this powerful period of change.

 

This month we'll be focussing on sleep disturbance.

 

After each session, there’s the option to stay for tea and an informal chat.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
