About the class

This workshop brings together breathwork, yoga movement, structural assessment, and hands on bodywork within a clear biomechanical framework designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners.

Students may attend Friday evening or Saturday afternoon or both. Each session explores the same framework while allowing participants to deepen their understanding through practice and integration.

Many practitioners assume restricted joints improve through stretching further. Often the sensation of compression appears when the body distributes load unevenly through the system. When force from the ground travels upward with poor coordination, certain joints receive excess pressure. Over time this creates density, protective tension, and fewer movement options.

This workshop introduces practical methods for recognising and reorganising these patterns.

Participants learn simple assessment approaches that reveal how the pelvis organises in standing and how the femurs orient within the hip socket. These patterns strongly influence how load transfers through the feet, hips, ribs, and cranium during yoga practice.

By refining how yoga postures organise through the feet and lower body, practitioners often experience significant shifts in pelvic position, rib alignment, and overall coordination. These changes support healthier intra-abdominal pressure and contribute to more efficient symptom management related to structural imbalance.

The workshop unfolds in three parts.

Opening Practice

30 minutes of pranayama and meditation introduce breath mechanics and awareness of internal pressure systems. This prepares the body and nervous system for the structural work that follows.

Movement Exploration

90 minutes of yoga based movement explore how the feet, femurs, and pelvis organise during standing and gait patterns. Participants learn simple assessment tools and practice movement sequences designed to redistribute effort through the hips and rib cage.

Bodywork Integration

The final hour transforms savasana into a therapeutic learning space.

Participants are introduced to “Still Point Technology”, a bodywork approach that blends cranial sacral principles, Reichian release methods, and targeted acupressure holds. These techniques work through the waist, pelvis, and central axis of the body to influence deeper fascial and energetic pathways, including the extraordinary channels described in traditional medicine systems.

Through guided partner work, participants experience how specific holds can help unwind deeper tension patterns and support improved pelvic mobility and structural balance.

As load redistributes more efficiently, joints often feel lighter, more supported, and more available for movement.

Participants leave with practical tools for yoga teaching, therapeutic sequencing, and hands on exploration, along with a clearer understanding of how structural mechanics, breath dynamics, and energetic pathways interact.

About Jambo

The Dragon in Motion

A shape-shifting alchemist of wellness, Jambo weaves ancient wisdom with modern mastery.

Equal parts mystic and scientist, he’s the kind of teacher who can decode fascia like scripture, summon dakinis mid-flow, and teach biomechanics with the timing of a stand-up comic.

A regent of Kharchen Ling Global Mandala under Kharchen Wangchuk Rinpoche, and a rebel of limitation, Jambo holds the paradox of poise and play — blessing galaxies while cleaning the floor.

Raised at the edges, Jambo learned early how to blend structure with soul.
His work with marginalized communities, local authorities, and people navigating trauma, pain, and addiction has shaped an approach that is as practical as it is profound — rooting deep spiritual teachings in the messy, miraculous business of real life.

He’s walked the halls of academia and the pathways of the unseen, holding titles like “Yoga Mechanic,” “Kurukulla Mahasiddha-in-Training,” and “Embodied Empath Extraordinaire.”

He questions everything, protects lineage and integrity like a dragon guards treasure, and insists on embodiment before enlightenment.

Whether anchoring students in pelvic stability or guiding a global sangha through mantra, movement, and magnetism, Jambo’s work is a living transmission: tender, technical, transformative.
