Come and discover pranayama as a complete practice - and how it can become your most natural path into meditation.
For teachers (and interested students).

Whether you're a newly qualified yoga teacher building confidence in your sequencing or a dedicated student ready to go deeper, this immersive two-hour workshop is your invitation to truly understand the breath.
We'll move beyond breath work as a warm-up and into pranayama as a complete practice in its own right. We will take time to explore the science of the nervous system, and how pranayama techniques can form the natural bridge to a sustained meditation practice.
You'll leave with a clear framework for your own daily practice, practical tools for guiding others safely, and a lived experience of how profoundly the breath can settle, focus and open the mind.
All levels genuinely welcome.
Bring your mat and a journal.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
