About the class

The Bhagavad Gita is probably the most significant book in yoga's history.

It's a guide to living a life of meaning. It tackles the big stuff - how to act, how to behave, what matters, and why. It lays out a vision for how to live a life we can actually be proud of.

It's told as the story of the archer Arjuna, collapsing under the weight of an impossible decision on an ancient battlefield. But it's really about us, our inner struggles between doing what is right and doing what is easy.

If you've ever faced a tricky decision, procrastinated, worried about failure, thought you're not good enough, or even just lost sight of what actually matters to you - the Gita has something genuinely practical to say about all of it.

Let me walk you through it (in a day) because it's one of the most inspiring texts I've ever read - and it might just change how you see your own life.

There'll be yoga, stories, ideas, plenty of discussion, and a cake - because cake always helps with inspiration.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
