About the class

Menopause: it's more than just physical changes. The emotional and mental shifts can be equally, if not more, challenging. For too long, this natural transition has been shrouded in silence. While we're thankfully seeing more resources emerge, this workshop offers something truly special: a deeply supportive and empowering experience.

Join Adelene on this day long of Restorative practices designed specifically for women navigating this beautiful stage of life. We'll explore reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, moment by moment, through gentle somatic movement. We'll delve into the profound power of stillness and deep rest to rebalance and restore, supporting you through hormonal shifts. This workshop is about meeting yourself exactly where you are, with compassion and honesty, cultivating self-regulation, self-care, and self-love.

This workshop offers:

  • Gentle Somatic Movement: Reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and ease tension.
  • Restorative Yoga: Experience deep relaxation and support for hormonal balance.
  • Guided Stillness & Meditation: Cultivate inner peace and self-regulation.
  • Open Discussion & Q&A: A safe space to share experiences and ask questions.
  • Supportive Community: Connect with other women navigating similar journeys.
  • Expert Guidance: Learn from a leading teacher in Restorative Yoga and Somatic Movement.

This women-only workshop provides a safe and nurturing space for open discussion, Q&A, and connection with others experiencing similar journeys, whether you're preparing for or currently experiencing the stages of menopause.
