About the class

We will spend the weekend considering inclusivity.

Yoga has the potential to become seen as something for the beautiful and young. But yoga’s greatest strength has always been it’s ability to work in and on every body and mind.

We will consider how we spread the message to wider audiences. Particularly young and old, the overweight, the poorly, those with learning difficulties, anxiety or depression.

Open to all yoga teachers and trainees.

About Ian :

Ian has been a student and teacher of Yoga for 25 years. His passion for yoga started with his first yoga class. Inspired, he went on to qualify with David Swenson and then qualified with both the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance and has continued to train, learn, practice and read every day.

He teaches because he loves it.

** PRACTICAL BITS **

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
