What mental health means to you, why we all have it and how we can start to help ourselves and others.
We all have mental health!
Our mental and physical wellbeing are intrinsically interlinked. Good mental health isn't the opposite of mental illness.
A short exploration around what mental health means to you, why we all have it and how we can start to help ourselves and others through our daily routines.
About Sara:
Sara taught in Special Education for over 20 years. She is now a Mental Health First Aid Trainer, yoga teacher, dedicated Mum and advocate of being well. Apart from yoga, things that improve her wellbeing are walking, being social, dancing and singing, and to aid with this over lockdown she has been trying to learn the ukulele.
Tiny Workshops
Tiny Workshops are a run of short sessions where we can learn something, followed by chatting and discussing over a cuppa. Everyone welcome.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay near the studio, click here for info.
Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
Please contact studio@orangeyoga.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
