About Sara :

As an MHFA instructor, teacher of both yoga and special education, one of my gifts is an adaptable and insightful approach to those who join me.

My interest in Mental Health started when I was growing up and first hand experiences led to me trying to understand old_people more fully.

Mental Health First Aid is excellent education to support our understanding of Mental Health.

I have been a special education teacher for the past 19 years and practiced yoga for the past 17 years, developing understanding through the exploration of the practice and its ability to change our physical and energetic state.
