To mark the release of her new book, Restorative Yoga: Power Presence Practice for Teachers and Trainees, Anna Ashby will offer a simple yet powerful Restorative sequence that is shared in the book. She will also elaborate upon Restorative Yoga’s purpose and where it comes from, highlighting its key role in navigating stress and managing well-being.
The Restorative sequence she will teach promotes evenness and calmness encouraging the breath to flow with multi-directional ease. By releasing tension and creating space in the torso, the breath can help support the movement towards equilibrium, a main goal of Restorative practice.
After the practice there will be Q&A and Anna will be available for book signing after the workshop.
