About the class

If you've never done yoga before and want to find out what it's like, or want to move from practicing at home into a studio but feel a little anxious about practicing with others, this beginner's series might help!

Our beginner-friendly 4-week class series will guide you towards gaining a greater understanding of the fundamentals of yoga poses, while building strength and flexibility. We'll connect our breath with movement, cultivating calm and balance.

Beyond the physical practice, we’ll also make time for mindfulness, focussing on fostering compassion and a greater connection with ourselves.

Classes will start with grounding and mindfulness. We'll explore different flows across the class series as we move to a chilled and uplifting soundtrack, and we will always make time to rest as we close each practice down.

Bring some layers, your mat and your lovely selves and come join the OrangeYoga community.

Wear and bring -



Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
