Although Vicki started yoga for the physical practice, she came to value the space and balance that it allowed her to create both in body and mind. Yoga has had such a positive impact across all parts of her life - navigating anxiety and stress, building flexibility and strength, and finding some personal quiet in a world that can often feel relentless and full of chaos! Vicki wanted to train as a yoga teacher to be able to share the benefits yoga has given her with others who could also benefit from cultivating their own personal peace!
 
Vicki completed her RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training at OrangeYoga. She loved it so much that she is currently undertaking the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training to keep developing her skills and knowledge to show up as the best yoga teacher she can be for her students.
