About the class

It’s getting to that time -

Time to fill your own cup… before getting fully into the christmas spirit….

Time to pack away what’s no longer needed

Time to clear out what’s done and dusted,

Time to bring to the fore new plans and priorities that will help you navigate this busy time as we make our way through to the end of the year.

Come and join me, and spend 3 hours working on letting go, sweeping clean, clearing out and making plans that will fire you up, get you through and move you forward.

It’ll be time well spent, thinking about what you need, what you don’t, what’s working for you… what perhaps is done… (for now or perhaps forever).

It’s definitely getting colder but we will generate our own heat with an invigorating and refreshing vinyasa practice, we work on opening up, creating space in our minds and our bodies.

We will have time to meditate and reflect on what’s past and consider what’s to come, and what we may like to manifest in the year ahead.

Make sure to bring blankets and comfy scarves, gloves (whatever you want ) to wrap yourself up as you enjoy an extended guided relaxation & savasana.

Winter is upon us, so come hunker down, wrap up, and get prepared for where your life is going…

About Jan :

Once you find and embrace a continued Yoga practice, you slowly realise just how much it will become a gift that “keeps on giving”.

Over 25 years, my practice has evolved and I am changed because of it. I still love how Yoga makes me feel! Yoga is my emotional and physical anchor, continually strengthening my body and mind, ultimately helping me to find a truer sense of myself. Even today, I’m still loving that there are new to things to learn. I see teaching as a further opportunity to share and work in partnership with students to help them to find joy in their own practice.

Janet’s teaching is influenced by her historical love of Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga.
