Jan is 500hrs Yoga Alliance certified teacher, a Border Terrier lover, traveller, constant student and a yoga therapist in training - moving through life with a waggy tail and a broad smile!
 
Jan is passionate about sustainable wellness, and finding out what works for you and your lifestyle. Yoga, Pranayama, and mindfulness meditation are key foundations for her personal wellness, as is getting out in nature.
 
Jan's classes are about building a mindful, sustainable and enjoyable practice, working with yogi's at all levels helping them to connect, grow, and learn to love their yoga practice. 
 
Jan focuses on meeting individuals where they are, encouraging a sense of self enquiry, and helping people build confidence in their physical mental and emotional capabilities, applying the tools and techniques from her experience in yoga and mental health awareness to empower and facilitate productive and lasting change 
 
Jan's teaching is influenced by her historical love of Iyengar and dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, gentle and restorative yoga. Always learning & growing!
