A chance to slow down and begin to look within; nurturing and nourishing ourselves.

Bring some warm clothes and relax as we show our appreciation for the shorter days and darker nights, giving us the ability to rest and reflect.

In this 2-hour winter yin workshop we will slow down and begin to look within; nurturing and nourishing ourselves as we look to what the new year can bring.

Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and wear warm layers.
