About the class

Join Jan for this 3 hour workshop that brings us together as a community, provides the space for you to move, breathe, and flow gently into a seated meditation that precedes an extended Yin practice all designed to foster a sense of personal connection, stillness and release.

About Jan:

500 HRS Yoga Alliance Certified teacher Border Terrier Lover, Traveller, Constant Student - (Yoga Therapist in Training) - moving through life with a waggy tail and a broad smile! Passionate about sustainable wellness, and finding out what works for you and your lifestyle. Yoga, Pranayama, and mindfulness meditation are key foundations for my personal wellness, as is getting out in nature. 


My classes are about building a mindful; sustainable and enjoyable practice, working with yogi’s at ALL levels helping them to connect, grow, and learn to LOVE their yoga practice. My teaching is influenced by my historical love of Iyengar and Dynamic Vinyasa, and more recently Yin, Gentle and Restorative Yoga.

Wear and bring -



Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Cancellations -



Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously we will take account of exceptional circumstances.

If we need to cancel a workshop in exceptional circumstances, we'll notify you as soon as we can and refund you the full amount.
