Time to stop. Flow gently into meditation and then settle into Yin for stillness and quiet.
You can use your usual class passes.
Join Jan for a two hour workshop that brings us together as a community, provides the space for you to move, breathe, and flow gently into a seated meditation that precedes an extended Yin practice all designed to foster a sense of personal connection, stillness and release.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.

Please note workshops will be refunded only if we can find someone to take your place. Obviously, we will take account of exceptional circumstances. If you have chosen to pay in instalments, payments to completion will still be due.
