Saskia likes to balance the playful with the sincere in her classes. Starting as a mindful enquiry through gentle somatic movements moving into stronger, sequenced flows which energise and uplift followed by calmer grounding postures and then into rest.
 
Saskia's practice is informed by lots of things including an awareness of emotions and the body (trauma informed approach), seasonal changes, yoga philosophy, and the importance of discovering a practice that supports and sustains you personally. Props are encouraged. She likes to explore postures through play and curiosity, and approach classical alignment with freedom, placing importance on finding what's right in your body.
