Suzy Segura

Some things of possible interest

Whilst working in an extremely pressurised job, Suzy became a passionate advocate of Yin Yoga - a practice that calms the mind, brings equanimity to the soul, and helps banish negative thoughts, self-doubt, and stored emotional tension. Through the beauty of Yin, she found a way to release negative emotions and create space for clarity and peace.

Suzy brings to each class her unique approach of meditative music sensory stillness and her signature room mists thoughtfully designed to awaken the senses and deepen the experience.

Suzy first came to yoga over ten years ago - what began as curiosity quickly became a vital part of her wellbeing - the peace she found on the mat transformed an overthinking, fast-paced mind into one that could soften, focus, and breathe.

In 2018, Suzy completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with OrangeYoga,  followed by a 100-hour Teen Yoga Course with Charlotta Martinus of the Teen Yoga Foundation. She continued her training with over 100 hours of Yin Yoga study - both in the USA and with Mel McLaughlin at OrangeYoga - deepening her understanding of the profound body-mind connection at the heart of Yin.
