Vic Evans

Some things of possible interest

Vic first came to yoga over 20 years ago, initially to stay supple between surfing in the school holiday. After attending her first Yin Yoga class in 2013, she felt an immediate connection to the practice and went on to complete her 200-hour Yoga and Energetics training in Bali in 2015. In 2018, she deepened her studies with specialist Yin Yoga training in the Cotswolds, further strengthening her devotion to the quiet potency and healing depth of the practice she now shares with others.

Drawing inspiration from Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Forrest Yoga, Vic’s teaching invites students to slow down, soften and explore the more visceral, intuitive experience of asana. Her classes are grounding, spacious and meditative — creating space for both physical release and deeper self-inquiry.

Vic is particularly known for her peaceful Sunday evening Yin classes, designed to help students unwind, reset and ease gently into the week ahead. Alongside her regular classes, she collaborates on wellness retreats and hosts restorative Yin Yoga and Soundbath experiences that blend slow movement, stillness and sound to create deeply nourishing spaces for rest and reconnection.

She is also a certified Holistic Therapist specialising in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage, offering treatments in Cheltenham.
