About the class

A class to begin your yoga journey, smiles and laughter are always welcome.

Starting with grounding and awareness of our mind, body and breath.

We will explore traditional yoga poses and alignment.

The class will end with deep rest and relaxation.

The classes will vary each week, as we delve into the many facets of Yoga.
