As yoga teachers we’re always looking for new ways to create memorable and inspiring classes infused with learning and discovery.
In this 2 day workshop we will look at building intelligent flow sequences and longer workshops around themes, that can be fired up or toned down depending on the length, level and nature of the class.
Each day we’ll begin with a Themed class, which will lay the foundation for our afternoon discussions and explorations.
We will dissect the morning class: brainstorming, discussing and considering all aspects of the sequence. The experience will be tailored to those present, playing around with eachothers’ suggestions and building our own sequences together, to create a fully interactive and immersive experience for everyone.
We’ll look at:
* Theming through the koshas
* Meditation, poetry, prose, music
* Creating a flow with Waves, Transitions and Punctuation
* Adding more complex variations and peak poses
* Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
* Coming back to the theme: Meditation Mantra, Mudra
ABOUT DINA

She’s a Trainer and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, mentor for trainee and new teachers and offers retreats, CPD and immersions around the UK and abroad.
"I’ve lived a full and colourful life featuring blessed gifts and tragic losses. And having navigated my way through my ‘second spring’ whilst recovering from a brain injury due to a cycling accident, yoga has been instrumental in keeping me sane.”
