About the class

Slow down to build up. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll break down three iconic standing poses - Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, and Triangle - to help you move with more strength, stability, and ease.

Whether you’re new to the mat or an experienced yogi, this session is your chance to pause the flow and dive deeper into the details: alignment, transitions, and variations that work for your body.

Expect a supportive mix of guided practice, hands-on assists, open Q&A, and mindful reflection. Props will be used throughout to help you access and explore each shape safely and confidently. You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and more connected to your practice.

This is the first in a new monthly series, each exploring a different asana theme - stay tuned for what’s next.

Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
